3. Strengthen the inspection and management of the inner rings and bearings of the rolls. Each roll change should be checked, and the defective parts should be repaired and replaced in time.
4. In the place where there is oil vapor, explosion-proof electrical equipment must be used, and the power supply of the spreader should be cut off in time after the crane spreader is removed.
5. The broken belt protection device should be sensitive and effective, the thickness of the aluminum foil blank should be uniform, and no sudden thickening is allowed to avoid the occurrence of plugging. In operation, the rolling mill speed should be properly reduced at the end of the coil.
6. Improve the operation level, reduce the broken belt, and clean the broken aluminum pieces in the mill body and the oil collection tray in time. The mill body, pipeline oil tank, etc. should be well grounded.
7. Reasonably choose base oil and additives.
8. Strict use of open flame operation system. Before using open flame operations in the fire protection area, flammable and explosive materials around the operation area should be cleaned up in time, and professional firefighters and security officers should implement safe fire protection on the site.
9. Ensure the reliability of safety fire protection devices.
10. Strengthen the education of employees. Every employee should understand the general knowledge of safety and fire prevention, the correct use of fire extinguishing equipment, fire extinguishing equipment, and keep in mind the fire alarm phone number.
